Dr. Bruckner Krasnow accepts most major PPO insurance plans. While insurance covers many of the services we provide at Westside Pediatrics, coverage is not comprehensive. As such, we ask that our in-network patients pay a small annual administration fee to cover the many services we happily provide but for which we are not fully compensated. These include, but are not limited to, a well run schedule with near zero wait time, use of advanced minimally invasive diagnostic testing technology, 100% thimerosal free, single dose vial vaccines (preservative free) with the lowest aluminum content and most favorable side effect profiles available, timely completion of all school and camp forms, access to onsite generic and over the counter medications, pharmacy call-ins for refills and new medications, and in office phlebotomy services. The current fee is $500 for your first child and $250 for each additional child with a $1000 maximum per family. Please note that this rate is subject to change on renewal without prior notice. Current pricing can always be found on the office website. There are no prorated rates or refunds.

Please be careful not to rely on your insurance company's website for network participation information. It is best to call our office to obtain a Tax ID number. Then you can call the customer service department at your insurance and provide them with this Tax ID number to verify whether or not Dr. Bruckner Krasnow is in network for your specific plan.
At Westside Pediatrics it is our policy to keep your credit or debit card on file as a convenient method of payment for the portion of services that your insurance doesn’t cover, but for which you are liable. Your credit card information is kept confidential and secure. Payments to your card are processed only after the claim has been filed and processed by your insurer, and the insurance portion of the claim has paid and posted to the account.
Please be sure to notify us of any changes in your primary insurance policy and remember to register your newborn within thirty days after birth.
Westside Pediatrics will provide the necessary paperwork to assist you in your record keeping.
